Questions

Good to know.

Who can access investment opportunities?
Opportunity briefs are reserved for members of the Alliance. Signed-in members can preview each opportunity, and members in good standing can open the full brief and request an introduction. Access is enforced on our servers — opportunities are never exposed publicly.
How are opportunities sourced and vetted?
Each opportunity is surfaced through a National Envoy and reviewed by the Secretariat before publication. Briefs are prepared to a common standard covering the enterprise, its financials, and a heritage-impact assessment.
What happens when I register interest?
Your interest is recorded against the opportunity and the Secretariat's investment team is notified. A member of the team contacts you directly with next steps, including access to the full brief and any supporting materials.
Is the Alliance giving investment advice?
No. The Investment Hub curates and introduces opportunities; it does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation. Investors are responsible for their own diligence and decisions.
How is my information handled?
Briefs and data rooms are shared in confidence. The contact details you submit are used solely to follow up on your interest and are held under the Alliance's privacy framework (PIPEDA and, where applicable, GDPR).
Can I co-invest with other members?
Yes. Cross-border syndication and co-investment introductions are a core part of the Hub. Indicate your interest and the Secretariat will coordinate with other interested members where appropriate.
