About the Alliance

A New Chapter for
Cultural Heritage

An international alliance connecting cultural heritage entrepreneurs, national delegations, and institutional partners across the G20.

Mission

To position cultural heritage at the heart of global development.

We support entrepreneurs and creative enterprise builders who demonstrate how cultural heritage supports innovation, economic resilience, and social cohesion across G20 nations — advancing the commitments first recognised in the 2023 G20 Leaders' Declaration.

Vision

A world where heritage drives sustainable development.

We envision a global network of entrepreneurs who see local traditions and identities not as relics, but as living sources of practical responses to modern challenges — connecting nations through shared respect for the past and sustained work for the future.

The Rationale

The Implementation
Gap

While the 2023 G20 Leaders' Declaration recognised cultural heritage as a “transformative driver” of the SDGs, a critical implementation gap remains.

Current international efforts are largely centred on policy advocacy or monumental preservation. Few dedicated platforms support the entrepreneurs who build sustainable livelihoods from their own heritage.

The G20 CHEA stands behind those people: the entrepreneurs, investors, and local experts who create jobs and viable enterprises rooted in cultural heritage.

A single annual membership, priced by purchasing power, open to cultural heritage entrepreneurs, practitioners, artisans, and creative enterprise-builders worldwide — including Envoys and Representatives.

Built for accountable collaboration

Secretariat review

Envoy, Representative, partnership, publication, and member-support workflows are coordinated through the Secretariat rather than unmanaged public submissions.

Membership, privacy, refund, imprint, and contact routes are published so prospective members and partners can review the operating basis before engaging.

Protected member space

The member dashboard separates public content from authenticated member, Envoy, Representative, and Secretariat workspaces with role-based access.
