While the 2023 G20 Leaders' Declaration recognised cultural heritage as a “transformative driver” of the SDGs, a critical implementation gap remains.
Many international efforts focus on policy advocacy or preservation. The G20 CHEA focuses on the entrepreneurs, investors, and local experts who turn cultural heritage into jobs, livelihoods, and viable enterprise ecosystems.
