How quickly will I hear back?
Most enquiries are answered within two working days. Matters requiring the personal attention of the Secretary General may take a little longer.
I want to join the Alliance — is this the right form?
You can apply directly through our Membership page, which handles payment and onboarding. Use this form only if you have a question before joining.
I'm interested in becoming a Chief or Deputy National Envoy.
Select “Becoming an Envoy” as your subject and tell us about your country and cultural enterprise. The Secretariat reviews every expression of interest personally.
We'd like to partner with or sponsor the Alliance.
We welcome institutional, corporate, and philanthropic partners. Choose “Partnership & sponsorship” and outline your organisation and proposed collaboration.
We represent a public body, university, or international organisation. Which subject should we choose?
Choose “Institutional enquiry” and include your organisation, country or region, and whether the matter concerns policy, research, convening, membership, or partnership.

Yes. Submissions reach only the Secretariat and are handled under our Privacy Policy (PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR for EEA/UK enquirers). We never sell or share your details.
